- All participants who register for two or more
conferences will receive a $50 discount. The discount will be
applied automatically during the registration process.
- LICS/SAT/RTA participants wishing to register
for the 2nd day of the following workshops on the 16th
August (FATES/RV, VERIFY, ACL2, FCS-ARSPA, WST), can do so by paying
the rates for a one-day workshop (e.g. $80 for a non-student early
rate). The fee includes the proceedings for the workshops.
- ICLP participants can provide a voluntary $50
contribution to ALP during the registration process.
We have a limited number of discounted hotel rooms at the conference hotel (Seattle Sheraton) for student participants, where the double rate is identical to the single rate. Students interested in signing up for these rooms are required to enter some information (university, gender, preferred roommate, dates of stay etc.) during the registration process.
- These rooms are meant for double accomodations. Students should either pair up to request such rooms, or FLoC will pair up people of the same gender.
- Students will be informed (within 10 days of the receipt of the registration information) with the details to complete the hotel reservation. They will be informed within 10 days even in the case of non-availability of rooms.
- We will continue to offer the service of pairing students up even after these rooms become unavailable, so students can double up in the standard rooms.
