Request

You can request an installation by filling out a simple form. You will receive a confirmation about your installation request by email.

Confirmation

After you submitted your request, we will consider it and you will receive a confirmation by email that it has been granted with detailed instructions on how to proceed. We do not grant installations automatically for several reasons:

1. We received some bogus requests in the past.
2. Your conference may use a model not implemented in EasyChair, we have to check it that the model used at your conference is implemented.
3. We may delay granting an installation during major upgrades.

Note that we normally do not grant installation when the request comes from an email address in a non-academic domain, such as hotmail.com.

Installation

Installation is fully automatic. All you have to do is to fill out a form about your conference.
