EasyChair Installation Request

If you would like to install EasyChair for an event, such as a conference, please fill out the following form and press the 'Request' button. If you provide sufficiently many details and we find no problem with your request, it will normally be granted within a few hours. If there is any problem, we will contact you by email but this may delay handling your request considerably. To ensure that your request is granted without a delay please read carefully the information accompanying the form.

In the form below mandatory fields are marked by (*). The explanation of some fields follows.

If you are an author wanting to submit to a conference hosted by EasyChair, then this page is not for you. You should find the submission page for that conference instead.

Please enter the words you see in the box, in order and separated by a space. Doing so helps prevent automated programs from abusing this service. If you are not sure what the words are, either enter your best guess or click the reload button next to the distorted words.

Acronym of the event (*):
Even if your event has no acronym, invent a reasonably short one. The acronym must contains a digit. To have a digit, you can use either the conference number or the year in the acronym. For example, use 'LPAR 05' or 'LPAR-12' rather than 'LPAR'. The acronym will be used as part of the EasyChair submission Web page for the event.
Name of the event (*):
Use the full name, such as '12th International Conference on Logic for Programming, Artificial intelligence, and Reasoning.'
Web page of the event (*):
If the event has no Web page yet write 'none' in the corresponding field and add an explanation of why you have no Web page yet in "Any Other Information" below. If your event has no Web page yet and you do not explain why, it is most likely that we will ask you to provide one which will result in delays and waste of your and our time.
Your first name (*):
If you have no first name, leave this field empty.
Your last name (*):
Your email address (*):
This must be a valid email address. The installation confirmation will be sent to this address. To prevent misuse, we prefer to deal with academic email addresses, so if you have several email addresses, use an academic one. If (1) your email address is not in an academic domain; (2) your email address is not one of a major company; and (3) you have not been chair of a conference hosted by EasyChair, then you must specify a valid and accessible conference Web page. Make sure that the address you specified accepts email.
Your role in the event (*):
For example, PC chair, system administrator, etc. If you are an author wanting to submit to a conference hosted by EasyChair, then you are at a wrong page: check the submission page in the call for papers of the conference.
Multi-track?
A multi-track conference has several tracks, each track with its own programme committee. It normally has a single programme and single proceedings. If your meeting consists of several independent workshops you do not necessarily need the multi-track version: you can make a separate installation request for every workshop. If you are not sure what is the appropriate model for your meeting do not hesitate to ask Andrei.
The multi-track version of EasyChair is logically much more complex than a single-track version. For this reason, to grant you a multi-track installation, we should see a (preliminary) call for papers for your conference.
Year of the event (*):
