The 7th Biennial International Group Theory Conference (7BIGTC2023) will be hosted by North West University. The conference will takes place in Potchefstroom, South Africa from 7-11 August 2023 (The details of the venue will be posted in a few weeks). The first BIGTC was held in February 2011 in Malaysia and since then, the conference has been held every two years. The main objectives of this conference are to gather prominent researchers in the field of group theory and be the platform of information on the latest research in this area. The conference also aims to foster interest and motivation in pure mathematics in general and group theory in particular and exchange research ideas among group theorists and postgraduate students. In addition, specialists in the subject of group theory can present their latest research works and encourage interested students to progress and widen their knowledge in group theory.
Submission Guidelines
We warmly invite you to submit your abstract to the 7th Biennial International Group Theory Conference. You will have the opportunity to present a 20 minute talk in one of the parallel sessions. The speakers are encouraged to present in-person, however a limited number of online slots are available. Topics include, but are not limited to:
