Submission Guidelines
The final version of a paper must be 4-6 pages and be prepared according to the following guidelines (IEEE Proceedings Format) in DOC or DOCX formats (in English only). An extra fee of EUR 20 will be charged for each additional page above 4 pages.
The paper should be submitted using EasyChair services.
The paper should define the scope of the paper, emphasize new advances, theories and/or applications and include an analysis of results.

Publication
Accepted conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Conference Proceedings will be published before Conference start. Proceedings will be indexed with ISBN number.
Best of presented papers on the Conference will be recommended in extended article for publication in Springer (Scopus), "Bavarian Journal of Applied Sciences" and journal “Advances in Cyber-Physical Systems”.

Free - Students**
* Registration fee for Ukrainian scientists (residents of Ukraine) will be specified later by personal applications for a Conference participant grant.
** This participation fee is valid when the authors’ team includes student(s). Students have to be the first author of the paper and have a significant contribution. Within this fee only the student can be registered and attend the conference.
The registration for one author covers the publication expenses of up to TWO accepted papers only, 4-6 pages in length according to IEEE Proceedings Format. For each additional page, an extra fee of €20 will be charged. Authors presenting more than 2 papers have to pay an additional full registration fee.
Payment should be performed after receiving the acceptance notification. We sincerely ask you to complete your payment by 10.04.2020, and confirm your payment by sending a copy of the payment receipt via e-mail to: workshopacit@gmail.com.
