Call for Presentation & Poster Abstracts
The ACM Mid-Southeast Chapter Fall Conference provides a forum for discussion of current applications and experimental, theoretical and educational developments in all areas of computing. Faculty and students are invited to contribute an abstract of no more than 300 words to be considered to make either a 20-minute paper presentation or poster presentation addressing a relevant topic. We will be accepting abstracts in two major categories.
Faculty/Professional: Only abstracts for a 20-min. presentation will be accepted in this category. Submissions must be researched, authored and presented solely by current faculty members and people who are working as professionals within the computer science industry.
Students: Abstracts for either a 20-min presentation or poster presentation will be accepted in this category. Submissions must be researched (may include research help from a faculty member), authored and presented solely by currently enrolled graduate and undergraduate students. Students can be in any level of their academic studies: PhD, Masters, Undergraduate 4yr Institutions, and Undergraduate 2yr Institutions.
At least one author must plan on presenting the paper, abstract, or poster if selected for the conference. Any individuals making the presentations must pre-register for the conference after being notified of abstract acceptance.

About the Conference:
The conference will begin Thursday, November 14, with registration from 4 to 6 p.m. Registration will continue on Friday morning at 7:00 a.m. All presentation sessions will be Friday morning and afternoon. The conference will conclude Friday evening with the conference banquet.
Hotel Accommodations:
Attendees should contact the Glenstone Lodge directly at 865-436-9361 or 1-800-362-9522 to make reservations. Cost for the rooms is $89. You should identify yourself as “Association for Computing Machinery”. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Glenstone Lodge with a cutoff date of October 25, 2019. Any reservations after that date will be provided on a space available basis and the rates are subject to change. Conference dates are November 14-15, 2019; presentations are on the 15th.

If you would be willing to serve as either a session chair or student presenter judge, please contact James Church (churchj@apsu.edu) as soon as possible. This is a very important part of the conference and we need many helping hands.
