The workshop Blockchain and cloud computing invites both academic researchers and industry practitioners to submit original and previously unpublished contributions covering the theoretical and practical aspects of the blockchain technology, smart contracts, cloud computing, covering the current state and its related challenges. It also provides a forward-looking perspective on these emerging technologies and their key applications
