About the Congress
The international BBB-Congress series has been initiated by the university professors for construction engineering and management in the German speaking countries within the BBB-Professor-network."BBB" is the German equivalent to the international acronym CEM (Construction Engineering and Management).The 6th International BBB-Congress is hosted by the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar on September 16, 2021 and will (also) be held online for thefirst time. The topics are strongly influenced by current social challenges and should give exciting answers from civil engineers on innovation, responsibility, sustainability and careful use of resources.
Proposals for conference contributions
For the 6th International BBB-Congress 2021, actors from practice such as construction companies, public and private contractors, engineering consultants, experts, construction law specialists and other interested parties are invited to submit their contributions.These should address relevant aspects ofconstruction management science, which may include one or more of the following items:

Each conference contribution should be presented as a 20-minute presentation, followed by a 10-minute discussion.
The BBB-Congress serves the transfer and exchange of current and innovative ideas and approaches from science, for practice and in practice. Many initiatives have their origins in the scientific activities of the actors in DACH-countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), and many of them take up far-reaching international perspectives.The congress will be held in German and English. Contributions can be submitted or held in either of the two languages, with pleasure in English!
