Since 1990 the Military Technical Academy “Ferdinand I” has organized every year a scientific event for students: the Student’s International Conference “CERC”.     

The 2020 edition of the Students’ International Conference “CERC“ is organized in partnership with:

– “Politehnica” University of Bucharest, Romania;

– IUT “Paul Sabatier” of Toulouse, France;

– Military University of Technology from Warsaw, Poland;

– “Vasil Levski” National Military University Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.

Submission Guidelines

The submission and review of papers for the CERC 2020 will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EASYCHAIR 2020. This system gives you, as an author, complete control over your submission for any conference that uses EasyChair.

The conference will be held in Military Technical Academy "Ferdinand I". 

Due to recent global concern regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, The Student’s International Conference “CERC” 2020, will be rescheduled to 04 – 07 November 2020.  The conference will be organized in online format. Further details will be provided  after registration.
