Introduction
Business Analytics (BA) is an emergent area with a strong impact on our world today. Approaches from all mathematical and computer sciences areas are involved in this field. BA is, joined to Industry 4.0, probably the most important manifestation of the knowledge economy and knowledge society of the last decade. Transforming data in knowledge and using it harmonically in Decision Making is not anymore a luxury of the most important companies and organizations, but an obligation to get competitive products and services and good performance in markets.
Eurekas is a multidisciplinary community of scientists of more than 60 research groups of 20 countries of America and Europe, which make scientific contributions in the area of Business Analytics. Computational Intelligence and Operations Research, the more connected disciplines with it, are characterized for hybridization. Eurekas Community joins Mathematicians, Computer Scientists, Administrators, Engineers, and Social Scientists and uses General and Theoretical Hybridization as their principal strategies towards transdisciplinary research, its declared vocation.
Computational Intelligence for Business Analytics is an editorial initiative of the Eurekas Community, and their mentioned strategies are present in it. Chapters with soft-computing theoretical approaches for BA and their applications to important business decision-making problems will be joined in this book. Comprehensive surveys and reviews of the literature are also welcome.

Submission Procedure
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit, on or before August 31, 2020, a full chapter of 5,000 to 10,000 words clearly explaining the purpose, relevance, and contribution of their proposed chapter at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ciba2019. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project. All interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at https://www.springer.com/de/authors-editors/book-authors-editors/resources-guidelines/book-manuscript-guidelines/manuscript-preparation/5636 prior to submission. Corresponding authors should submit proposals through the EasyChair online submission manager.
Note: There are no acceptance or publication fees for manuscripts submitted to this book, Computational Intelligence for Business Analytics. All manuscripts will be accepted based on a peer-review editorial process.
