CIDEEV is the french acronyme of (Conférence Internationale de Dépollution des Eaux et Energies Vertes) or International Conference on Water Depollution and Green Energy.
Water scarcity increases in many regions and many people worldwide have no appropriate access to it. During the conference, many issues from water abstraction to treated wastewater disposal and reuse will be considered and discussed.
Functional materials, innovative and smart materials dedicated to the field of green energy become a key pillar of 21st century technology. This topic will be discussed at length during the two days of the conference. The Conference will bring together researchers, engineers, environmentalists, some policy makers and water practitioners to exchange experience and know how.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

We accept the submission of high-quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical work or research in all of the topic areas mentioned. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Full Paper Reviewing Process
- All manuscripts will be subjected to double blind peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
- The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
- The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.

- The text should be either in French or in English (American or British )
- Authors may wish to use relevant editing apps or service before editing to eliminate possible grammatical or spelling errors and to conform to correct scientific English

Academic Ethics
Articles submitted to the conference should report original and previously unpublished findings. Following the ethical conduct is very critical in the academic world. Hence, any act of plagiarism cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the submission will be automatically dismissed.

- All papers will be subjected to double blind peer-reviews. Relevancy, structure, research method, ethical conducts, language standard, innovativeness, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, format, amongst many other factors are considered for the evaluation process.
- Papers that are accepted will be published in the Conference Proceedings CD.

Instructions for the oral presentation
The length of the presentation should be around 15 minutes. You can use any form of presentations you wish. We will provide the necessary equipment upon request. Please arrive for your presentation early to insure all necessary equipment is present

- Please read the poster abstract guidelines carefully and use the abstract template to ensure consistent formatting. Poster abstracts must not exceed a single page. Text must be in 11 pt Times New Roman.

Write a concise title that adequately describes the poster in 20 words or less - Author(s)
Surnames first, followed by initials with senior author first. Underline the name of the presenting author if it is not the senior author. Identify author affiliations with superscript Arabic numerals. - Affiliation(s)
The university or organization with whom the authors are affiliated. Please provide Department (if applicable), Institution, City and Province only. - Theme/Track
Primary theme area – does this research primarily address - * It is understood that some projects will naturally span more than one area, however we ask you to identify one area only.
- Include a brief (maximum two sentences) description of the nature of the opportunity and/or outcomes of your work in the context of the identified theme.

Provide a brief description (max. 100 words) of the anticipated outcome of the research being described. How do you expect it to be utilized, by whom, and to achieve what objectives/address what issues? How you feel your work highlights particular possibilities that exist for progress and innovation in water management. - Key Words:
