CIIT 2020: Third Call for Papers
The CIIT 2020 Organizing Committee invites you to participate in the 17th International Conference for Informatics and Information Technologies – CIIT 2020 which will be held on
May 8-10, 2020
Online
COVID-19 UPDATE: CIIT 2020 is moving forward
In response to the restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, University Sts Cyril and Methodius and the 17th International Conference on Informatics and Information Technologies (CIIT) organizational committee are making a commitment to make sure that all authors submitting papers to the CIIT conference can still rely on the publication, indexing, and networking opportunities they have been accustomed to expect.
To ensure safety, comfort and quality of experience for attendees, CIIT will a be organized in a fully online manner. As a result, the upcoming conference will continue to accept submissions and all matters related to publication and indexing remain unchanged. The papers will still get high quality reviews, as well as the accepted papers will be indexed in Google Scholar.
How will the online CIIT 2020 conference look like?
The conference will be streamed live in a pre-recorded format. This approach guarantees that presenting authors get enough time to prepare and record their presentations in the safety and comfort of their homes, while delivering a smooth, professionally produced viewing experience to all participants.
The online CIIT conference will provide to its participants additional benefits that are unique to this format:
- Live chat, audio and video connection for the entire duration of the conference live stream,
- Online discussion for each individual presentation reserved for participants and supported for weeks after the conference ends.
- Opportunity to get in touch with authors and presenters individually.
- A full recording of the conference will be provided to all registrants in addition to the proceedings at no additional fee.
Practical information about this online option will be delivered to all submitting authors in a timely manner.
What happens when the COVID-19 situation settles?
The future editions of the conference are planned to be organized in the traditional on-premises format. Of course, this assumes that such organization is in line with national and international health regulations and guidelines.
