The 31st Meeting of Computational Linguistics in The Netherlands (CLIN 31) will be organized by the LT3 team and is set to be held in Ghent on Friday July 9th 2021. We sincerely hope to welcome you all in person in Ghent, but we will be ready to move to a virtual format if needed.
The programme will be composed of a series of oral presentations which will be selected based on extended abstracts. Everyone who has an extended abstract accepted will be invited to submit a full paper for Volume 11 of the CLIN Journal.
Researchers are invited to submit, in English, extended abstracts of 3 to 4 pages long describing work on all aspects of computational linguistics and related language and speech technologies and applications. We especially welcome contributions that focus on Dutch language processing (applications).
Submissions should include:
- Name, affiliation and contact details of each authors
- Presentation title and short abstract
- Keywords
- Extended abstracts of 3 to 4 pages (plus more pages for references if needed) , which must follow the CLIN stylesheet.
Extended abstracts must be submitted no later than April 19th 2021 through the CLIN2021 submission platform (EasyChair) and will be peer-reviewed.
We will be monitoring the ongoing global pandemic and decide at a later time whether we can organize CLIN as a physical event. If a physical event is allowed, an additional call for (short) abstracts will be launched for poster presentations.
