FTAL CONFERENCE 2021 - SUSTAINABLE SMART CITIES AND REGIONS

The Association of Swiss Schools of Engineering, Architecture and Life Sciences (FTAL) welcomes you to the FTAL 2021 conference on sustainable smart cities and regions.
The FTAL 2021 conference will showcase the applied research and technology transfer activities on smart cities carried out by Switzerland’s Universities of Applied Sciences jointly with their partners in industry and academia. All forms of relevant research are welcome, including conceptual, theoretical, quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method studies. Papers with an interdisciplinary nature are welcome. The FTAL 2021 conference will showcase the applied research and technology transfer activities on smart cities carried out by Switzerland’s Universities of Applied Sciences jointly with their partners in industry and academia. Submission Guidelines
- All contributions must employ standard IEEE conference templates (MS Word or Latex) and must be submitted in electronic form (PDF) on EasyChair.
- Authors may submit regular papers for oral presentation or work in progress for poster presentation (4 pages). Authors of selected papers could be asked for an extension to 6 pages to be published in the conference proceedings.
- All contributions will be peer-reviewed. Authors of regular papers that are not selected for oral presentation may be invited to present their contribution as a poster presentation.
- At least one of the authors must register and attend the conference to present the work.
