Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit full papers in English of not more than 14 pages (including figures, tables and references) in Springer format. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under submission elsewhere. All articles will be reviewed for scientific quality by the Technical Program Committee and external reviewers. Submissions should use the general Springer template with the minimum font size of 10 points. All papers must include a title, complete contact information for all authors, and keywords on the cover page. The corresponding author should be identified clearly. Papers must be submitted electronically via on-line submission using the Easy Chair system.

Publication
Research papers from each track after the positive blind peer review by at-least two reviewers with good score will be selected for oral presentation during the conference. Selected papers after the further revision will be submitted to Springer.
Venue
The conference will be held in Russia, Taganrog, a port on the Sea of Azov in southern Russia famous as a birthplace of the outstanding Russian writer Anton Chekhov.
FTNCT-2020 Organizing Committee keeps an eye on the situation with the spread of coronavirus. We guarantee that all accepted and registered papers will be published in accordance with the plan. In exceptional cases, if the situation in connection with the spread of coronavirus (speaker’s disease, closing borders) won’t allow some participants / speakers to attend the conference personally, we’ll provide the possibility of video / remote presentations and the possibility of replacing the speakers.
