Horizons2024: Horizons in STEM 2024 University of Bristol Bristol, UK, June 26-27, 2024

The 2024 UK Horizon in STEM Higher Education Conference will be hosted by the University of Bristol on 26-27th June 2024. Talks and workshops will be presented in person.

Submission Guidelines

We are inviting abstract submissions for oral presentations, workshops and posters that address the following conference themes:

• Active learning
• Assessment and feedback
• Digitally focused pedagogy (including use of AI in teaching and learning)
• Employability, work-based learning and apprenticeships  
• Equality, diversity and inclusion (including Curriculum Decolonisation) 
• Laboratory, field and practical work
• Pedagogic research
• Climate Education and activism
• Student support (including Transitioning, Study Skills and Academic Mentoring) 
• Student partnerships

All abstracts should be a maximum of 250 words.
