I3CS-2020: Third Springer International Conference on Computing and Communication System Department of Information Technology, North-Eastern Hill University Shillong, India, April 28-30, 2020

I3CS-2020 aims at bringing together the Researchers, Scientists, Engineers and Scholar students in all areas of Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering and provides an international forum for the dissemination of original research results, new ideas and practical development experiences which concentrate on both theory and practices. The proceedings of I3CS-2020 will be published in Springer Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (Scopus Indexed). Selected post conference extended version of the paper will be recommended in several Scopus/ESCI/UGC-Care listed Journals.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Authors are invited to submit full papers for consideration (maximum 8 Pages). Submission of paper must be original and should not have been previously published or under consideration for publication. All accepted papers will be sent for double blind peer review and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome of the review process. Authors are requested to send their paper without the name of the author. Papers must be in the format of Springer and available at https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines.
