IC-IPPR 2026: The 2026 International Conference on Image Processing and Pattern Recognition Xianyang, China, June 26-28, 2026

With our great pleasure we announce The 2026 International Conference on Image Processing and Pattern Recognition (IC-IPPR 2026) will be held in Xianyang, China during June 26-28, 2026. IC-IPPR 2026 is technically supported by Kashi University,  University of Management & Technology (UMT) and Robotics Society of Singapore.

IC-IPPR conference will be held annually to provide an interactive forum for presentation and discussion on Image Processing, Pattern Recognition and related fields. Aside from researchers in China, the conference group welcomes participants from all over the world who are interested in developing professional ties to and/or exploring career opportunities in the region. The conference should serve as an ideal forum to establish relationships from within China and other countries of the world.We hope you will join us in Xianyang, China for IC-IPPR 2026.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• All manuscripts must not be less than 4 pages in length. If your paper exceeds 6 pages in length, you need to pay for the additional pages.

• Manuscripts should pay attention to originality, report unpublished research results or experimental results. Before submitting, plagiarism checks should be conducted through CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other query systems, with no more than 20% repeat rate.

We solicit original papers including but not limited to:​​

• Topic 1: Fundamental Image Processing Techniques

• Topic 2: Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning

• Topic 3: Core Computer Vision Technologies

• Topic 4: Cross-Domain Applications and System Integration

Publication

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers and evaluated on the originality of the content, technical and research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contribution and readability.

The accepted papers (registered and presented) of IC-IPPR 2026 will be published by Proceedings of SPIE-The International Society for Optical Engineering in the Proceedings, which will be submitted to SPIE Digital Library and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.
