The Third International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3 2020) is one of the international conferences in the area of multimedia, communication, education, and systems. The IC3 was first organized in Japan since 2018; it provides consistently a forum for the presentation of the latest research results in cognitive cites. The IC3 of this year is hosted by Computer Society of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and co-organizer is IEEE Taipei Section Young Professionals Group. This four-day conference will take place in Nagoya, Japan, over 1st ~ 4th August.
Submission Guidelines
The program committee invites you to submit 2 to 6 pages long contributions in English through http://iscie.org/ic3/.
Papers need to be submitted to the EasyChair system https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=ic320200.
The clear majority of papers to be published in IC3 2021 CCIS proceedings should be full papers (12 to 15 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format); short papers (no less than 6 pages) should make up only for selected papers to be published.Authors are invited to submit papers, papers should be in English, exceeding 6 one-column pages, and not exceeding 15 one-column pages. Papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected without review. Please use the Springer CCIS paper format for submission. Publication
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Third International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3) Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® for indexing by Ei Compendex and Scopus Index. To be published in the IC3 2020 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For an author with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for 1 paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IC3 2020 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
