The 13th International Conference on Advanced Informatics: Concepts, Theory and Applications (ICAICTA) 2026 is jointly organized by the UTAR Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FICT) and Centre for Internet of Things and Big Data (CIoTBD), School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung, and Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Toyohashi University of Technology. The ICAICTA conference aims to bring together Japanese, Indonesian, Malaysian, and international academicians, scientists and industrialists for knowledge sharing, exchange of ideas, collaborations and presentation of their research outcomes in the field of informatics.

This year's conference will be held in hybrid mode, with both physical and virtual presentations. The conference will take place at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), MALAYSIA.

Every accepted paper must have at least one registration by the September 30, 2026. The registration fee charged will allow full access to all parts of the conference, and include the conference proceedings.

Submission Guidelines

All papers submitted to ICAICTA2026 must be original. Submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.

Paper submissions are 6 (six) pages maximum. They will be published in the proceedings and one of the authors is required to present the work in the conference.

Papers must be written in English and use standard IEEE two-column conference templates that can be downloaded from ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed (single blind) based on originality, technical quality and presentation.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
