ICSIE is initiated in 2012. It has been held in Phuket(Thailand), Chennai(India), Singapore, Dubai(UAE), Tokyo(Japan), Singapore, and Cario(Egypt) in last 8 years. 2020 9th International Conference on Software and Information Engineering (ICSIE 2020) will be held in Cairo, Egypt on November 11-13, 2020 once again, co-organized by The British University in Egypt.
Submission Guidelines
1. Originality
Submissions must be previously unpublished and may not be under consideration elsewhere.
2. LanguagePapers will be published in English and written in third person.
3. Prestation
The manuscripts should be preceded by a separate cover sheet containing the title, names, affiliation and email addresses of all authors, an abstract of the paper and maximum five key words. The abstract should not exceed 150 words and should be a summary of the entire paper.
4. Publication Ethics
Penalty against Plagiarism. Ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. This is the responsibility of the author to check plagiarism before submitting the paper to ICSIE 2020.
5. Page Limit
The submitted paper should be no less than full 4 pages. It will be charged for additional page fee if the paper exceed 5 pages, including references, figures and tables, etc.

All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings by ACM (978-1-4503-7721-8), which will be submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus.
ICSIE 2019 conference proceedings have been available in ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus already.
