Conference Overview
It is logically agreed and practiced in actual that information technology is the avenue of virtualization. The world took a moment of pause from what was the norm to the newly coined “new normal” when the COVID19 pandemic spread globally. It remains to say that the single threat to the existence of humans is the virus. Virtualization is key to provide continuity and augment the norm accustomed by society. Researchers, specifically in computing programs develop and implement systems designed to aid in combat the further spread of the pandemic and gain ground towards developing a vaccine.
Theme: "ESTABLISHING OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY IN EDUCATION AND BUSINESS THROUGH THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY"
Submission Guidelines
The University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P), Information Science and Technology (IST) is calling for papers related to Information Technology Research/Capstone Projects/Computer Science Thesis. The conference also accepts papers related to Education and Business with Information Technology context. This is an invitation to Professionals, Academicians, Practitioners and Students who are interested to submit original research paper for oral presentation.
The theme of the conference emphasizes on the use of information technology as an operational continuity protocol for education and business as means of sustainability. Research entries are highly focused on the areas of COVID19 related applications.
Suitable Research/Capstone topics include but are not limited to:

- Single spaced, Garamond Font, Size=12
- 15 – 30 pages
- Should be written in English
Application Process
1. SEND the ABSTRACT as paper entry to it.research@uap.asia email address.
2. The abstract should be not exceed 700 words in .docx (MS Word) file format.
3. Please indicate SUBJECT of the email as INNOVATUS 2021_school or INNOVATUS 2021_name ( if belonging to open participants, practicioners or professionals)
4. The filename of the abstract should be “school_surname_firstname”. The “school” refers to the school of the participant is representing as to reflect in the Certificate of Recognition and the name of the participant or one of the names of the participants if multiple authors.
5. Successful entries will be emailed back with a LETTEROF ACCEPTANCE together with the bank details to which participant/s willdeposit payment. The corresponding fee is based on the category (1) or (2) ofthe presenter/s. (please see program period/details/price).
5.1 Please indicate in the email the name, position and address of the person the LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE will be addressed. It is advised that any concerns pertaining to the application be stated also in the email.
5.2 The total amount of fee of the entry will be based on the number of proponents stated in the abstract. However, if the other proponents will not be able to participate during the presentation, remaining member/s may present in behalf. The fee is non-refundable in all aspects.
For the Authors of Shortlisted Papers
1. Please send via email a clear SCANNED COPY of the proof of payment (bank payment slip) image to it.research@uap.asia. Please indicate in the email subject “school_payment INNOVATUS2020” and the names of the participants. The names of the participants should begin with the first name, middle initial (if available) and surname e.g. John A. Smith If there are multiple authors, kindly enumerate the names. For example:

c. Anna H. Montreal
IMPORTANT: Please bring the original copy of the deposit slip on the day of the conference to claim the Official Receipt.
2. Kindly wait for CONFIRMATION of payment and registration. Together with the return correspondence is an attachment of the program flow and other pertinent details provided which the presenters are going to need during the conference.
