Scope
Health information systems brings many benefits in healthcare. Nonetheless, it can likewise present new research difficulties as far as ensuring the security and protection of patient information and electronic healthcare records.
Moreover, as security episodes keep on affecting social insurance suppliers and healthcare associations, tolerant data continues being in risk and such associations are experiencing strain to improve the reliability and credibility of the health facilities.
International Workshop on Privacy and Security in Heath Informatics which will be held in conjunction with the 9th International Conference on Current and Future Trends of Information and Communication Technologies in Healthcare (ICTH) look into in rising issues and open doors for security and protection in health care. Further, it tends to new methodologies and procedures to improve the abilities for ensuring human services data.
Research may concentrate on explicit zones identified with subjects and issues, instruments and methods, Mobile Health (mHealth) security and protection, use of IoT devices in hospital security, verifying electronic wellbeing records, relieving risks, occurrence reaction, specialized and legitimate issues identified with the security and security of patients' information.
Publication
All IWPSHI-2019 accepted papers will be included in the EUSPN 2019 proceedings, which will be published by Elsevier. The authors must follow Elsevier guidelines as given in EUSPN 2019 Website. The number of pages for workshop papers is limited to 6 pages.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Topics covered by the workshop include, but are not limited to:

Submission Guidelines
Authors are requested to submit papers reporting original research results according to the below requirements:
• Papers should not exceed 6 pages.
• Paper should be prepared using Elsevier Template (MS Word Template).
• Elsevier author guidelines of Procedia are available at: (guidelines of Procedia Computer Science)
Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically in PDF format. The submission processes will be managed by Easychair system. If you have used this system before, you can use the same username and password. If this is your first time using EasyChair, you will need to register for an account by clicking "I have no EasyChair account" button. Upon completion of registration, you will get a notification email from the system and you are ready for submitting your paper. You can upload and re-upload the paper to the system by the submission due date.
