JWISE2026 aims to enhance research collaboration and academic exchange between Dalian University of Technology (China) and Ritsumeikan University (Japan), with particular emphasis on fostering scholarly engagement among researchers and students from both institutions. JWISE2026 showcases cutting-edge advancements in information technology and engineering, with a specific focus on AI-driven innovations. Presentation Submission

JWISE2026 invites submissions for oral and poster presentations.
All submissions must be made electronically through the conference management system. Authors are required to submit a full paper (4–10 pages, in English) at the time of submission.
Submitted papers will undergo a review process, and authors will be notified of acceptance based on the review results.

Publication Policy

• Accepted papers will be included in the workshop proceedings distributed to participants
• The proceedings are NOT formally published or indexed
• Authors of accepted papers are allowed to submit their work elsewhere
• Re-submission of published/accepted papers is permitted IF compliant with the original publisher's republication policy
