The European Workshop on Maritime Systems Resilience and Security (MARESEC) is dedicated to the research on Resilience, Security, Technology and Ethical, Legal, Social Aspects (ELSA) in the context of Maritime Systems, including (Offshore/Onshore) Infrastructures, Navigation and Shipping, Autonomous Systems, etc. The intention of this workshop is to bring together researchers to present new results and ongoing projects as well as to exchange experiences and explore possible cooperation.
The workshop will be held as Virtual Event on June 14, 2021.
Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit an abstract (English, 1 page, IEEE style for conference Link to IEEE page, prepared for double-blind review process, i.e. the abstract should contain no author details), which will be reviewed by the program committee. Selected authors will be then invited for oral presentation and submission of a full paper (4-6 pages), which will go though a further review process, to be published in the workshop proceedings. Please note that the submission of a full paper is not mandatory.
High quality papers will be invited, after the Workshop, to submit an extended version to the WMU Journal of Maritime Affairs for publication in line with the Journal's reviewing policy. More information can be found here.
