The 12th edition of the International Conference Managerial Challenges of the Contemporary Society (MCCS) will bring together academics, business leaders, and professionals to share their innovative ideas, strategies, and research results in management. The event aims to discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted by organizations.
MCCS aims to provide a forum for the dissemination of academic research, teaching cases, and learning innovations. The conference will have three sections: one in English, one in German and one in Romanian. On 8th of 2019, a workshop will take place. The workshop will be attended by experts and leaders from representative companies, who will share insight of their experiences, challenges and recommended managerial practices in accordance with market trends.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

MCCS 2019 proceedings will be published in the journal Managerial Challenges of the Contemporary Society (volume with ISSN). The previous volumes of the journal have been indexed in international data bases (CEEOL, Proquest, Ebsco, Idex Copernicus, REPEC, Cabells). .
Venue
The Babes-Bolyai University is one of the oldest and most comprehensive institutions of higher education in Romania. Its mission and policies are focused towards the continuous development of multiculturalism following the University's integration into the competitive international education system. The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration offers a competitive learning environment for students who are taught in the most attractive and demanded economic specializations at BA, MBA and PhD levels. The main location of the conference will be room 118, first floor, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Cluj-Napoca.
