All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The paper guidlines are as given below:

• Length: 4–6 pages (two-column).
• Format: IEEE template (Word only), US Letter size.
• Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt, single-spaced.
• Layout: Two columns, standard IEEE margins.
• Sections: Title, Abstract (150–250 words), Keywords, Introduction → Literature Review → Method → Results → Conclusion → References.
• Figures/Tables: Clear, readable, proper captions (table above, figure below) with proper citation in the text.
• References: IEEE citation style (numbered [1], [2], …).
• Originality: Similarity ≤ 15%.
