Submission and Review Criteria
All proposals have to be submitted in English through EasyChair. Please note that we are exploring opportunities to support sessions in additional languages during the conference, which include French, Spanish and Cree. During your proposal submission process, please specify whether you would like to conduct your session in languages other than English. We are endeavoring to be as inclusive as possible and look forward to creating meaningful cultural connections through multilingual sessions during the conference. However, we must consider the risk of limited participation in sessions conducted in languages other than English if we cannot support translations. Please indicate if you would also be prepared to present in English.
Proposals for the Open Education Global Conference 2023 must include an abstract with 3-5 keywords (minimum 400 and maximum 500 words, including references if applicable). Authors need to ensure that enough details are given to be able to assess the relevance, goals and key takeaways of the proposed sessions.
Submissions will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
Relevance: Does the submission relate to the Conference Theme or Tracks?
Clarity and Coherence: Does the submission explain the aim (s) of the proposal in a clear and understandable way and in consistency with the requirement of the call?
