About Conference
Over recent decades continuously increasing demand for power, fast consumption of conventional energy sources and related environmental concerns have attracted the attention of researchers to develop alternate renewable energy sources and adopt energy-efficient technologies. Renewable energy sources i.e. solar photovoltaic (PV), wind, hydroelectric, geothermal and biomass, are becoming attractive options. Among all these sources, developments in the field of solar energy have shown remarkable growth in the recent past with the creation of a less-polluting environment. In this direction, the Indian government has also taken many initiatives in the past decade to utilize renewable energy sources on large scale.
This conference aims to bring together leading academicians, scientists, researchers and manufacturers of renewable energy systems in the world to share their experiences and research results about different aspects of solar energy and to enlighten about different strategies for accelerated growth of solar energy as an alternate source. The conference will provide an opportunity to discuss economic, technical and legal issues concerning to growth and development of solar energy as an alternate source.
