2023 The 6th International Conference on Renewable Energy and Environment Engineering (REEE 2023)
It has been agreed by all United Nations Member States to work in coordination for achieving the sustainable development. It is expected that most of the countries are working in achieving ambitious 2030 carbon emissions reductions targets, which bring into line with achieving net zero by the middle of this century. The world is making progress towards sustainable society and making energy more sustainable and widely available (i.e. SDG7).
REEE2023 is focusing on promoting quality research and real-world impact in an atmosphere of true international cooperation between scientists and engineers by bringing together again the world class researchers, International Communities and Industrial heads to discuss the latest developments and innovations in the fields of Renewable and Environmental Engineering.
Submission Guidelines
This GUIDELINE contains a number of points that we hope will be useful for authors for preparing their submissions to REEE2023, and if any queries need to be consulted, please feel free to contact us via reee_secretariat@outlook.com.
1. Call for papers
Prospective authors are requested to submit quality research articles on the environment friendly energy systems, and key topics can be checked here.
Please note the conference scope is including but not limited to the topics indicated here, if you are not sure whether your paper topic is related to our conference scope, please contact us firstly.
Submission Channel: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=reee2023
2. Manuscript Format and Preparation
Papers should be submitted electronically in pdf. format following the guidelines for authors and MS Word template available.
Manuscripts should be up to 6 full pages (text, figures and tables), no more than 10 pages, and written in English, no other languages are permitted. Extra pages (Over 6) will be charged at 70 USD/Page.Failure to abide by the formatting guidelines may result in rejection of the paper.
3. Review Process
Double-blind Review: The REEE Conference review process will be double-blind, i.e. the names of the authors will be hidden from the Technical Committee Member and Reviewers, and the names of Reviewers and Technical Committee Member will not be revealed to the authors. To achieve this, before the papers are sent to reviewers, the secretary will delete the author information from the manuscript.arXiv/BioRxiv: We realize that with the increase in popularity of publishing technical reports and arXiv papers, sometimes the authors of a paper may be known to the reviewer. Reviewers are strongly discouraged to search arXiv for submissions they are responsible to review. Even if they come across this information accidentally, they are discouraged to use the information in formulating their review.arXiv papers are not considered prior work since they have not been peer-reviewed. Therefore, citations to those papers are not required and reviewers are asked to not penalize a paper that fails to cite an arXiv submission.Dual/Double Submissions: All REEE submissions must be original and cannot already be published or considered for publication elsewhere (with the explicit exception of arXiv.org as a form of prepublication of REEE contributions)By submitting a manuscript to REEE, authors acknowledge that their work has not been previously published, has not been accepted for publication, and is not under review for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue including journal, conference, and workshop. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to any other conference, workshop, or journal during the review period.Plagiarism: We will be actively checking for plagiarism. Plagiarism is a serious offence that consists of using wordings or results of someone else's publication without giving credit or providing appropriate referencing. Self-plagiarism, e.g. reuse of figures and sections of text from the authors' own previous publications, is also not permitted.
Attendance responsibilities: The authors agree that if the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the paper there.
