About the Book
In this Book we intend to focus on the impact of AI and Machine Language Models on the Supply chain operations in Industry 4.0 Rapid streamlining of supply-side operations for a business is expected to benefit customers. The supply chain is usually characterized as starting from the Procurement, Processing, Distribution, and Final Delivery of raw materials by the customers. Artificial Intelligence will forecast future market performance by quantifying the supply and demand operations. Machine learning allows for a rapid improvement in the invisibility of supply chain operations. Advanced analytics and real-time monitoring provide end-to-end insight across many supply chains. Following the COVID-19 outbreak, many sectors in the supply chain technology are facing new challenges. As 2020 claims year of disruption, AI and IoT platform featuring end-to-end digital transformation ensure supply chain system shall remain robust and efficient.
We are focusing on examples using machine learning models like how to handle supply-to-demand imbalances, triggering automated responses and reinforce customer relationships. Machine learning models facilitates the creation of new business models for logistics and supply chain operations to enhance customer satisfaction and lower the risk. By exploring new innovations in IoT architecture with sensors and BOTS, prolongs the life of key supply chain properties, Scheduling, machinery and Warehousing. The Machine learning models are able to rapidly process massive, complex data sets, with precision in demand forecasting.
The chapters illustrate the AI and Machine Learning models for all functional areas of operations in SCM. Artificial Intelligence-driven cloud service will provide seamless communication and connectivity in the supply chain. Interfacing cloud systems based on Artificial Intelligence in supply chain management includes security and privacy for all stakeholders. The cyber tracking model will be shown as a security component.
