The performance of wireless networks critically depends on the spatial configuration of the nodes in the network. Hence, modeling wireless networks incorporates the stochastic modeling of this spatial aspects as a key ingredient. For this purpose, tools and methods from stochastic geometry, random graph theory, information and communication theory, network theory, combinatorics and game theory are applied, rendering the topic to be highly interdisciplinary. SpaSWiN is the oldest workshop specifically devoted to stochastic spatial models of wireless networks. Building on the success of the previous venues of the workshop, the goal of SpaSWiN 2020 is to bring together researchers from the various disciplines involved and to facilitate a lively exchange of novel ideas. Please join us in Volos, Greece on June 19th, 2020 for this exciting event.
Submission Guidelines
Submitted papers consist of 5-8 pages, double column, IEEE format, and is handled via the EasyChair system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=spaswin2020. WiOpt is co-sponsored by the IEEE Control Systems Society, IEEE Information Theory Society and IFIP; all papers will be published in the IFIP DL open library with Open Access, and on IEEE Xplore (approval from IFIP and IEEE pending).
