Call for papers
ACM Turing Celebration Conference - China (ACM TURC 2020, ACM中国图灵大会), will be held from May 22-24, 2020 at Hefei, China, with its key theme on "Intelligent Industrial Internet (智能+与工业互联网)". The father of the Internet Vinton Cerf, Hong Mei the member of academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, both served as honorary chairman. The president of China University of Science and Technology Xinhe Bao is one of the chairman of this conference. International academics and ACM Turing Award winners will share their perspectives on cutting-edge technologies, explore the current trends in Artificial Intelligence. This conference will feature a comprehensive high-quality technical program including 10 symposia, an attractive industry program aimed at practitioners and a variety of tutorials and workshops. The technical program chairs invite the submission of original papers to following symposia for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings. Best paper awards will be selected from accepted papers.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation and publication. Accepted and presented technical papers will be published in the ACM TURC 2020 Conference Proceedings and submitted to ACM Digital Library.

AUTHOR AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Full papers: contain no more than five (5) single-spaced and numbered pages, including figures, tables, any appendices, and any other material, followed by as many pages as necessary for bibliographic references. Font size should be no smaller than 10 points. Double column format with each column having dimensions 9.25 inches x 3.33 inches, a space of 0.33 inches between the two columns, and with no more than 55 lines of text per column. Submissions should fit properly on US letter-sized paper (8.5 inches by 11 inches).
Submissions must be in PDF (Portable Document Format). Authors should ensure that they are compatible with Adobe Acrobat (English version). Any other formats, including Postscript and MS-Word, will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the ACM TURC 2019 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in ACM Digital Library, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL or Student rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final ACM formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ACM TURC 2019 Conference Proceedings and submitted to ACM Digital Library.
During the initial paper submission process via Easychair, it is the authors' responsibility to ensure that the author list and the paper title on the Easychair submission page is an exact match to the author list and paper title in the final manuscript. Please be aware that the author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.
