About Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi established the college in the year 1990 in Karampura. The college receives 100% grant from the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and is recognized under 2 (f) and 12 (b) of the UGC Act. The college is spread in 7.7 acre land having a state of art multi-storeyed building (basement+7 Floors); Solar Power Generation at Roof Top; Solar Water Heaters for Hostels; three generators of 1000 KW; Water Recycling Plant; RO Plant; Rain Water Harvesting; Girls and Boys Hostel with 48 (Twin-Sharing) rooms with attached washrooms; Air Conditioned Guest House, Faculty Cubicles, Lecture Room and Theatre; 24x7 Wi-Fi availability in hostels and residential blocks; 100 Mbps DU OFC Internet in ICT Centre with over 200 laptops; Campus wide surveillance though digital CCTVs; Indoor Squash Court and Badminton Court. Indoor facility for Table Tennis; Archery Range; Centrally Air Conditioned Library with fully computerized through LIBSYS software and Access to more than 50,000 e-journals and 2 lakh e-books; 23 state of the Art Laboratories.
At present there are more than 2500 students, 124 faculty members and 80 non-teaching & support staff. College is offering 15 Undergraduate courses i.e. B. Sc. Hons in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics and Computer Science; B. Sc. Life Science, Physical Science, Mathematical Science; B. Com Hons; BMS; BA Program and BA Hons English. Other than these the college also offers certificate course in Russian, French, German and Spanish. Add-on Courses like ECPDT is also offered. We cater to the students of Delhi as well as neighboring states, particularly Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.

Award and Honours for the College
- Ranked 16th in 2019 of NIRF Ranking (National Institute Ranking Framework by Ministry of HRD, Government of India.)
- 6th Rank in Delhi (Science Colleges) by the India Today-MDRA Best Colleges Ranking 2018 - Our college has been participating in Nielsen Best Colleges Survey conducted by India Today group since 2012 and has been placed continuously at either 8th or 9th position in Delhi under Science Stream Colleges and between 35 to 42 across India. In 2018, again the college got 6th rank in Delhi and moved up the ladder to 11th position in India.
- 9th Rank in Delhi (Commerce Colleges) by the India Today-MDRA Best Colleges Ranking 2018 – In 2017, College participated for the first time under Commerce stream and has received an All India 34th rank and in 2018, it moved up in the ladder by securing 9th Rank in Delhi and 17th position in India.

About Indian Accounting Association, Delhi ChapterThe Indian Accounting Association is an interface between academicians, professional and practitioners from various universities, business, industry and government. The main function of IAA is to promote and disseminate the knowledge of accounting and the related subjects in India and abroad. Further, it aims to undertake and encourage research in the field of accounting. Ever since its inception, the IAA has served as an important forum for raising the status of accounting both as a discipline and as an important tool for managerial decision making.The Association was founded by academicians and professionals in accounting on March 15, 1969, and inaugurated on February 14, 1970 by the Accountant General of Uttar Pradesh. It is a member organization of the International Association of Accounting Education and Research (IAAER). It is also held in high esteem by American Accounting Association (AAA). At present, IAA has a network of 53 branches in India with more than 5600 life members, and a Research Foundation as an affiliate at Kolkata. It also brings out a biannual research journal 'Indian Journal of Accounting' in the months of June & December to give wider publicity to research findings. The Association also gives IAA Young Research Award and IAA fellowship. The Association offers Life Membership and Annual Membership for Individuals and Institutions through its chapters across India. Past conference have attracted a large number of delegates from across the country and abroad.

Dates: June 05-06, 2020
Given the role of accounting and finance in enterprise performance and economic development, the conference aspires to traverse a myriad of nuances of the accounting and finance disciplines in the various technical sessions for paper and poster presentations. The Conference will also have Plenary Sessions with celebrated experts and notable speakers from the industry.
The conference will be funded and recognised by ICSSR and UGC which is pending approval.

Special Attractions for Research Paper Contributors
- There will be Best Paper Awards of Rs. 10,000/- for each of the technical sessions.
- The selected papers will be published in recognized Journals/edited books.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The Full papers and Posters describing nuances of the accounting and finance disciplines in the various technical sessions for paper and poster presentations. A 500-word abstract, titled as Abstract to include Topic, Method, and Results, should be submitted via https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icaf2020 no later than March 31st March 2020 April 30th 2020. The text must be in Times New Roman Font Size, 1-inch margin on all sides, with headings in bold. Abstracts will be double-blind reviewed. The acceptance of paper will be notified via email by 10th April 2020 10th May 2020. Papers will be evaluated by members of the Board of Reviewers and selected for publication.
