The advent of the 21st century and the ubiquitously challenging times have rendereda restructuring of almost all the dimensions of life. The second decade of the 21st century has transformed our understanding of human existence, science and innovation, religion and human vulnerability. This has posed novel and unprecedented situations which are compelling scholars around the world to churn the radical transitions and transformations and to explore the ways in which the world society is exhibiting resilience, tenacity and hope. Also we need to investigate how the next normal world is structured and planned around the learning from these experiences and encounters. All across the globe there has been questioning and rethinking of age-old beliefs and immutable truths and not only our belief systems but also political, social, administrative and economic policies have undergone an upheaval and demand a restructuring, a realignment. There has been a spotlight on research and development to explain and come to terms with the new realities that the Post-COVID era has brought in its wake. All major academic disciplines have reflected a spurt of investigation and inquiry into the challenges that modern life poses. Scholars from different disciplines are engaged in probing and exploring the opportunities that are surfacing in the contemporary world. This is an opportune moment to direct our attention to the diverse strategies that have been adopted throughout the world to cope with the crisis, as also to examine and recommend new measures that can safeguard the human civilization from further threats and risks. As academicians and intellectuals, it is our ethical responsibility to collaborate and corroborate our understanding and our findings about the global challenges and the means to counter them. This international conference will focus on the novel ways in which the globalised world has transformed by restructuring its guiding principles to accommodate emerging challenges and has displayed resilience and optimism in the face of delimiting forces. Experts and scholars from varied disciplines including, but not limited to, Economics, English, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, Public Administration, Philosophy, Anthropology, Ethics, Management, and others are invited to participate in the conference through research paper, poster or pitch presentation. This international conference and research conclave is an annual event, which involves the collaboration of National Institutes of Technology and some other institutes across India with an aim to connect academicians and researchers from all over the world. The Conference has been conceptualized to provide a platform to share cutting-edge research in this field and will be beneficial for exchanging knowledge, research and outcomes across different disciplines.
