INFONOR-CHILE is a space for the dissemination of scientific and professional academic activity in the area of computer engineering and computer science, including: presentations of scientific articles, workshops, tutorials and invited talks.

INFONOR accepts research works in any subject of interest in computing and information technology and their applications, mainly on but not limited to:

Submissions
Authors are invited to submit articles that report original results of scientific research in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Articles should be submitted through EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=infonorchile2019
Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by an international program committee. The selected best articles will be published in a special issue of the INGENIARE journal (indexed Scopus Q2 and Scielo Chile).

Venue
INFONOR is organized by four universities of the Council of Rectors of the Northern Zone of Chile, and in its 2019 version will be held at the Catholic University of the North, Campus Antofagasta, located about 1,364 kilometers north of Santiago de Chile and is the capital of the Region of Antofagasta. Known by the nickname “Pearl of the North”, Antofagasta is also well-known as the world mining capital for its huge mining industry. Antofagasta owns also natural attractions such as long beaches, rock formations, and desert landscapes.
