We invite you to submit an abstract for presentation at the International Perinatal and Paediactric Forensic Pathology Conference 2020 (IPPFPC)
Submission Guidelines
All abstracts must be original and not simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere.
There will be two tracks for this conference, surgical (anatomical) and autopsy pathology. Submissions will be streamed into either one of the two tracks. The following categories are welcome (but not limited to):

All authors who wish to submit their abstract must register as IPPFPC 2020 participants and pay a full registration fee.
Once the author has registered, there is no limit to the number of abstracts that can be submitted.
Abstracts of unregistered conference authors will be automatically withdrawn and not reviewed by IPPFPC 2020 Scientific Committee.

- All local abstracts MUST be registered with the National Medical Research Register (NMRR) and received DG approval for presentation. Please quote the NMRR ID when submitting abstracts.

Abstracts Notification of Acceptance and Non-Acceptance
- The IPPFPC 2020 Scientific Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted based on a blind review.
- The IPPFPC 2020 will notify the authors about abstract acceptance or non-acceptance via email. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure their email address is correct and current. IPPFPC 2020 shall not be held responsible for notification emails not received due to incorrect email address information.
- If you do not receive a notification email by 15th March 2021, please contact ippfpc2020@gmail.com immediately to confirm your abstract acceptance or non-acceptance.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- You will be notified by e-mail if your submitted abstract is selected as an E-poster presentation.
- You are required to prepare your poster with the following guideline:
- The primary author should be the first name listed and underlined.
- Kindly ensure you received a notification email regarding the approval of abstract with the e-poster number from us. Save the email notification as PDF and submit together with your e-poster.
