GUIDELINES
Submissions must include title, abstract, author affiliation with email address and keywords.
The paper should be submitted as per the template which is available on the conference webpage.
The paper should not contain any special headers or footers.
Regular papers should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference.
Short papers (Work-in-Progress) are an opportunity to present with preliminary or interim results.
Posters are intended for ongoing research projects, concrete realizations, or industrial applications/projects presentations.
All papers will undergo a double-blind review process.
The paper length should not exceed 8 pages. However, the authors can extend the number of pages by paying an additional page charge (based on the journal opted for publication).
Literature reviews/survey papers shall be considered if they present a new perspective or clearly benefit the field. To be published, such papers must go beyond a review of the literature to define the field in a new way or highlight exciting new technologies or areas of research.
The organizers of this conference regard plagiarism as serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and if identified, the submissions will be summarily rejected.
All submitted papers will be subjected to a "similarity test" by URKUND Software.
Manuscripts suffering a 20% similarity score will be examined and those that are deemed unacceptable will be rejected/withdrawn without a formal review.
Copyright violation is viewed seriously and authors are encouraged to request permission from the copyright holder if images/tables or text are reused from other sources in your paper. Always give due credit and references in your paper.
A submission SHOULD NOT be intended to get reviews from the Program Committee for the sole purpose of improving the quality of the manuscript. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favourable response from the conference organizers. Withdrawal of accepted papers are not solicited and such papers shall not be submitted elsewhere without significant changes or improvements.
