The XXIII Symposium on Image, Signal Processing, and Artificial Vision (STSIVA 2021) is the most traditional academic event specialized on signal processing in Colombia. On behalf of the whole organizing committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to STSIVA 2021 from September 15th until September 17th, 2021. You cannot miss attending a symposium that will feature inspiring plenary talks on emerging topics in the field of signal and image processing and a high-level technical program including workshops and oral sessions.
STSIVA 2021 will be held in virtual mode
Submission Guidelines
Accepted papers will be published in the symposium proceedings, which will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. All papers in Spanish must have an abstract in English, otherwise, they will not be included in the proceedings of the symposium. Articles must be submitted in digital format (PDF) through easychair and must use the IEEE conference format. Accepted articles will be presented in sessions mediated by communication technologies with brief oral presentations of 10 minutes and 5 minutes where the speakers will respond to the concerns of the participants.
The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the symposium (for example, deletion of IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference or does not meet IEEE guidelines. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and that they have not been presented at any other conference at the same time (double submission). These issues are taken very seriously and IEEE will take action against any author who has engaged in any of these practices.
