Scope and Mission
The TESTA workshop is a focused, open discussion platform dedicated to exchange of fresh ideas, industrial best practices, methodologies and work-in-progress around test related standards, especially those being actively developed today or the ones recently released.
Contributions covering IEEE 1149.x, IEEE 1500, IEEE 1687, IEEE 1450, and open Working Groups like IEEE P1838, IEEE P1687.x and STAM are expected. Particularly welcome are contributions that discuss what works, what does not, or how the standards were incorporated into existing or new DFT methodologies. Reports on first-time usage of new and upcoming standards are welcome, as is research exploring the best usage of features described in these standards.

Format of the Workshop
The workshop is co-located with ETS’2019. The program will be composed of regular presentations and posters. Embedded tutorials dedicated to educating the attendees will be also incorporated into the program. The format will encourage brainstorming and networking rather than dry reporting.
Submission Guidelines
The organizers invite new work within the scope of the workshop. Paper submissions are welcome as an extended abstract of 1-2 pages. A formal tutorial proposal shall include a one-page summary describing the contents and goals of the proposed tutorial.
A submission will be considered commitment that upon acceptance the author(s) will present the paper or tutorial at the workshop. Submission details can be found on the workshop’s web page.
Please submit your extended abstract or paper using the EasyChair system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=testa19.
Informal Proceedings
The workshop distributes manuscripts and slideware only to attendees after the workshop. No author is obligated to have his or her contribution included in these informal proceedings. A paper manuscript may be a revised extended abstract or in common IEEE 2-column format up to 6 pages.
