Transition from Observation to Knowledge to Intelligence (TOKI).

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Abstract submission must not be more than one page.
• Abstract should not be more than 350 words
• Only full paper submission will be considered for selectionExplain what TOKI 2019 is.
• Details on paper submissions will be considered for selection
• Details on paper formats and pagination guild can e found on www.toki-ng.net/toki2019
• Accepted papers would be published in the conference proceeding
