Abstract

Chinese characters are a unique part of Chinese culture, and they serve as instruments for expressing the Chinese people's views on the world and human life. Chinese characters have objectively documented the history of Chinese cultural growth, with a special feature of hieroglyphics and a system of symbols that are both distinctive and rich in connotations. The Chinese characters that contain the package "女” also contain some cultural elements. It shows the true representation of the woman's place in the family, the traditional beauty of the woman and expresses the idea of "love for men to despise women" in the old society. The study examines the relationship between Chinese characters and Chinese culture, as well as Chinese characters that comprise the  package "女” and the principle of "love for men to despise women" in old society. As a result, the article aims to assist Chinese learners and those interested in learning more about Chinese culture to gain a better understanding of the intimate relationship that exists between the package "女" and Chinese culture.
