A completely randomized block design (BCA) was applied with four treatments in four repetitions, the plots had an area of 81 m2 and a distance of 6 meters per plot, considering 16 plants as the experimental unit. For the comparison of means between treatments, the Tukey test was obtained (p≤ 0.05). Fertilizer application was carried out under a cycle program in the vegetative phase. A fungicide was applied to control black sigatoka. In all treatments it was possible to appreciate a tendency to increase height depending on the age of the crop, among which T4 stands out: 100% sheet of ETc that showed plants with greater height in all the evaluations carried out between week 5 and 18, going from 35.92 cm in the first evaluation to 206.92 cm in the last evaluation, reflecting an increase in height of 476.10%. On the other hand, in T1: 40 % of the ETc, plants of lower height were presented from week 9 to 18, going from 69.42 to 175.25 cm. Keyphrases: Banano., Eficiencia, Emisión foliar, Etapa vegetativa, Riego deficitario
