Abstract

This paper shows the result of applying an educational experience in the class Sistemas de Representación de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias(FCA) de la Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNNE). Developed in the course of the 2019 school year in the context of a new career in the academic unit.

Knowledge management was stimulated through teamwork and socialization of what was learned. Placing the student as the protagonist of his or her action as a student. The practice generated that the student had an active role in the association of concepts. This allowed this association to generate small learning communities. This strengthened the acquisition of competences, establishing social, attitudinal and specific skills in the formation of a new Industrial Engineer.

The training process included research tasks, presentation of acquired knowledge using digital, multimedia and communication techniques.

By virtue of which, through a process of interaction between tacit and explicit knowledge, it was possible to capitalize them. Training the young student with the necessary skills for their professional, academic and personal development.

The approach taken is to understand this process as being oriented towards human activities and not towards the orientation of technological tools, since these are not the focus for the generation of knowledge, but rather allow the application of what has been discovered, learned and acquired from the process itself carried out by the students when completing the proposed activities.

Keyphrases: Knowledge Management, socialization, Teamwork
