Analysis of the Effect of Information Technology Risk Management COBIT 5 Framework on Employees (Case Study : PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Balikpapan)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of IT Risk Management on the employees of PT.Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama. The implementation of Manajemen Risiko is very important in the competition in the business world in the field of information systems so that makes PT.BUMA  as a state-owned company also applies it. The study was conducted quantitatively by distributing questionnaires to employees. Manajemen Risiko has been implemented with a good response to employees as a system that helps carry out work tasks in the telecom area with a score of 3.84 Likert scale agreed. Sources of data obtained from questionnaires with calculations using a Likert scale in the form of scores which are then processed using SPSS software. The results of data processing can be used as evaluation material in carrying out information systems supporting performance and becoming part of the value chain.
