Proposal for a Strategic Planning Project to Improve the Laboratory'S Production Chery

Abstract

In this project, the importance of implementing strategic planning within a company or organization was analyzed. The functionalities, advantages and uses provided by the various types of methods implemented by most companies, seeking the best strategies to prevail and improve within a business environment. The problem under study was raised in the Chery laboratory located in the city of Guayaquil, the recurring problems that were affecting production and management in this organization were described, in order to study them to give them a correct solution. Through the investigation it was possible to investigate in depth the concepts and definitions related to the problem posed, starting as fundamental resources in the realization of this investigation following study methods for their accreditation. Through scientific methods, the type of investigation was established, which was essential for the collection of data and information within the area of the production plant, resources such as the survey were essential to carry out this entire process, showing the results obtained were obtained the necessary parameters to study and correct later. In the final part of the realization of this research project, it was possible to obtain positive results from the organization, increases in production would be obtained, benefits for the entire administration and the workforce, there would be a decrease in costs and expenses, thanks to the implementation of strategic planning at Chery Laboratory.
