Soft Skills for Entrepreneurship Competences of Students in the Administration Career, Universidad Continental Filial-Cusco.

Abstract

The objective of the research work was to determine the degree of relationship between soft skills and entrepreneurship skills of the students of the Administration career of the Continental Filial University-Cusco, the research method was a quantitative approach, descriptive / correlational scope, design non-experimental, a population of 832 students participated in the research and the sample was 264 students. The results show that the relationship of soft skills with entrepreneurship skills according to Spearman's coefficient of relationship is 0.658, the research is concluded by stating that soft skills positively influence the entrepreneurship skills of students in the Administration career.
