Abstract

EXPLORATORY RESEARCH: Review of the foundations, principles, paradigms, definitions and concepts, related to Competitiveness, Lean Philosophy and Theory of Constraints, to expose the Conceptual and Methodological Framework of Reference, to Overcome Evolve, Develop, Innovate the Process that improves and/or increases, competitiveness, capacity and / or power to overcome environmental situations

PROBLEM: Competitiveness is a complex, transversal and multidisciplinary issue, usually the causes, consequences and effects are confused, the indicators are wrongly intervened. The Reference Framework unifies criteria, definitions and concepts around competitiveness. It is the key integrating factor that defines the Methodological Framework based on the theory of restrictions, which defines the appropriate process that develops Competitiveness, to create value and benefits for people

CONCLUSIONS: Review exposed the Conceptual and Methodological Reference Framework of the process to develop, increase and/or improve Competitiveness, power and / or ability to overcome environmental situations that lead to improve life, well-being and wealth of people. It is not about achieving more productivity, quality or advantages in relation to others and/or bedding of others, but to empower our self, create synergies and overcome own limitations and capacities, increasing the speed with which value and benefits are created, as final output. Trueput quantified in goal units / time.
