International Forum for Information Technology in Tamil (INFITT) organizes its annual conferences every year in collaboration with academic institutions in various parts of the world on various topics in Tamil computing, Tamil internet and Information Technology. Due to COVID for the past two years the conferences are conducted virtually and this year INFITT, the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, India and Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL), Mysuru, India collaboratively organize the “Tamil Internet Conference 2021” (TIC-2021) virtually from Dec. 03-05, 2021. The major theme for TIC – 2021 is “Tamil Computing in the Virtual World”. Prof. Marappa Ganesan, of the Annamalai University will act as the Chair and Dr. K. Parameswari & Dr. S. A call is made here inviting researchers and students who are involved in the research on Tamil Computing, Information Technology and Natural Language processing to send a 1-2 page abstract of their paper for possible inclusion in one of the technical sessions of the conference. The content should be an original piece of work not presented in any other conferences or seminars in the past. All abstracts and papers will undergo a blind peer-review process and the decision to accept the paper will be final based on their recommendations. Best papers and presentations will be recognized with special certificates and monetary prizes.
