The loss of durability in reinforced concrete structures

EasyChair Preprint no. 1643

8 pagesDate: October 12, 2019

Abstract

Durability becomes a very important factor in design. Concrete, and in particular reinforced concrete constructions, are sensitive to environmental impacts (actions on construction) and also have a strong environmental impact (e.g. pollution, noise, dynamic interactions etc.). The feature of concrete, which is durability, has an impact on the reliability of the structure. The time during which the structure has a fixed durability should be one of the parameters in the design of the structure. Durability despite the passage of time of use can be restored.

Keyphrases: composite materials, Durability of construction, Increasing the durability, RC structure
